"I don't help People with horse problems, I help Horses with People problems". I've heard Buck Brannaman and Clinton Anderson both say something along those lines. Tis so True, SO TRUE.Both of the above Trainers are excellent in my opinion.
So there are no 'bad' horses, but horses with people problems. Horses that haven't had any training in being respectful to people.
When I say bad I don't mean a horse that just doesn't want to hold its hoof up for you. I mean a really disrespectful horse that has NO ground manners.
I do ground work and training with my own horses so I can handle almost anything, but keeping in mind that I'm there to trim your horse and not train it is very appreciated.
I am NOT a horse trainer, so if your Horse has a 'People' problem, then you might want to focus on that before you put any Farrier or yourself in Danger.
